Periodically inspect the water quality and flow rate of target facilities such as major point pollutant discharging facility, control Facilities for Non-point Source and etc according to the Article 11 of the law on water management of the Geum River water system, resident support and etc and Article 4 of revised regulation on implementation evaluation standard of Quantity regulation system of water-quality pollutants(Notification of No.2010-154 of the Ministry of Environment, Nov. 11, 2010) to manage target water quality within unit watershed, analyze the changes in water quality and finally reflect its outcome to implementation evaluation of Quantity regulation system of water-quality pollutants
